Print Press Operator

Job Title: Print Press Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. with an additional $2.00 per hour incentive for working the full scheduled shift.

Hours: Training hours will be 9:30am – 7:30pm Monday-Thursday until fully trained

                 Normal hours- 3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday

Length:  Temp to Hire

Location: Fond du Lac

Requirements:

• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to walk up and down stairs
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor press issues
• Pass a color test
• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the printing press accurately
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications
• Read and follow instructions on the production ticket
• Insert image print plates into the machine
• Set up the press to match customer-approved proofs
• Complete job tickets and recap forms
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including: 
• Changing printing and coating blankets

• Replacing cleaning cloths
• Lubricating the machine
