Part Time Administrative Assistant - Flexible hours!

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Hours: Part Time, 6-8 hours per week total, 3-4 hours per day, 2 days per week between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Length: Long-Term Temporary (Indefinite)

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

• Must have 1 year of Office/Administrative Assistant experience
• Strong basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• QuickBooks and PowerPoint knowledge is a plus
• Professional and outgoing demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well independently, self-motivated,  yet not afraid to ask questions as they arise
• High level of confidentiality
• Someone with integrity and a strong work ethic, reliable
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and schedule client meetings
• Set calendar invites, follow up with clients as needed
• Create reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Enter and sent out invoices
• Data Entry
• Other office tasks as needed
