Great opportunity for an energetic Part-Time Accounting Clerk to work 3 full days a week in Chilton.
Flexible schedule - You pick the 3 days you'd like to work!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule Customer Appointments
- Coordinate entries of AP and AR in Accounting Software.
- Ensure that Accounts Payable items are paid on time
- Ensure all service calls and installations are billed and collected on time
- File monthly sales tax reports on time
- Process weekly payroll
- Assist accounting firm to help make sure all taxes are filed on time
- Respond to general emails
