Service Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour

We currently need someone who has experience with termite baiting systems and traditional termite work. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE and MUST LIVE IN Little Rock, Maumelle, Cabot or Jacksonville area!!

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough inspections and treatments of residential and commercial properties
• Use professional pest control equipment and products safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain accurate digital service records
• Collaborate with teammates to hit performance goals and ensure excellent customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Tradtional and termite baiting system experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a competitive environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay & Advancement

• Licensed Technician Pay: $20.00–$23.50/hour once you’re in your own truck
• Performance Bonuses: $100–$500/month based on production and quality

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Occasional Saturdays as needed (usually rotating schedule)
