What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Flex On-Demand Consultants?
We are engaged by a top global Manufacturing firm who are in need of a seasoned Program Manager for a variety of implementation initiatives. They are looking for a skilled Program Manager to spearhead multiple initiatives and can work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders for contract hourly engagement with high chance of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead PM duties for multiple projects that are simultaneously happening while maintaining stellar quality and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively and autonomously to ensure all project guidelines are optimized and met
- Spearhead project initiatives with their manufacturing infrastructure team and applications team
- Strong customer-facing work and be a great representative for the organization
Requirements
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business
- 5 years in Program Management space, much of which is in manufacturing/pharmaceutical/medical space
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and similar PM tools
- Hand-on experience with full PM lifecycle or ITIL/software/development/maintenance
