Job Duties
- Sort product
- Perform visual inspection of parts per work instructions
- Operate grinders to remove burrs
- Places or stacks product in designated shipping containers
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure product quality through fulfillment of quality standards
- Identify and report quality problems
- Special projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prefer Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing facility that offered the opportunity to gain a well-rounded background in manufacturing quality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
- Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting ability is required
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Good computer skills
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Overtime as required, including weekends
