Job Duty Summary:
- Review work orders and production instructions to determine product specifications and material requirements.
- Set up, adjust, and remove equipment fixtures, guides, stops, attachments, and tools as needed for production.
- Operate cutting and production equipment, ensuring materials are properly loaded, aligned, and fed through machinery.
- Perform light manual assembly and preparation of parts as required.
- Measure and inspect completed products to verify compliance with quality and specification standards.
- Identify, rework, or reject defective parts to maintain product quality.
- Label, sort, and organize materials and finished products for processing, storage, shipping, or further assembly.
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficient operation and prevent defects.
- Maintain accurate production and operational records.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to support a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manual dexterity and attention to quality standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly.
