About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our marketplace platform — connecting customers with movers, storage, and transportation solutions seamlessly. This role will focus heavily on scaling our gig/contractor network, optimizing the end-to-end service experience, and ensuring that our product strategy aligns with Flex’s ambitious growth goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product roadmap for key marketplace and operations initiatives, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth.
• Develop deep expertise in both sides of the marketplace: customer needs and contractor (mover) experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, and Leadership teams to deliver scalable and reliable products.
• Use data and insights to prioritize features, enhancements, and new opportunities that improve activation, retention, and satisfaction across the platform.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to launch new features and optimize existing tools that power Flex’s moving, storage, and contractor ecosystems.
• Champion the voice of the customer and the contractor at every step of the product development cycle.
• Establish clear KPIs and continuously measure product performance against business goals.
• Operate in a highly agile, fast-paced environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketplace, gig economy, logistics, or B2C service platforms.
• Experience with various product management tools and software, including JIRA
• Proven experience building and scaling products in a two-sided marketplace or gig economy platform, with a strong understanding of supply/demand dynamics, user acquisition, and operational complexities
• A builder’s mentality — excited to work in a startup environment where processes are evolving, and impact is tangible.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams (you don’t need to code, but you need to think like a builder).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly for impact.
• A customer-obsessed mindset — always anchoring decisions in user needs and experience.
