Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations, based in Davidsonville, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day running of the organization, including operations management, budgeting, and resource planning. The role encompasses leading and managing teams, fostering effective communication, developing strategies for operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. Performance monitoring and analytical evaluation to ensure high-quality project delivery are also integral responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and resource planning
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating data and driving strategic decisions
• Experience in Team Management and leadership to motivate and oversee diverse teams
• Knowledge and experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent Customer Service skills for fostering strong client relationships
• Proven track record in successfully managing diverse projects in the mechanical and plumbing sector is an advantage
• Ability to balance on-site and remote work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
