About the Job
- Title: Client Service Representative Property & Casualty-Hybrid
- Term: Contract to Hire
- Location: California-Pasadena (91105), Corona (92879), Riverside, Ontario (91761-91762-91764), (Pasadena Preferred-First choice)
- Salary: 60K - 75K -Depending on experience - $28.85-$36.06 /Hourly
- Earn a $500 referral bonus once your referral completes 90 billable days.
Purpose: The purpose of the position is to perform specific policy administration and service projects to help the property and casualty teams maximize client retention and obtain new clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to Account Manager and Producer requests timely and effectively
- Respond to client requests timely and effectively
- Set up electronic client marketing files and order loss runs
- Create renewal marketing information for the Account Manager to send to the client
- Add and maintain client electronic files
- Perform rating functions on various carrier websites
- Process policies, endorsements and endorsement requests
- Issue certificates of insurance and vehicle identification cards
- Download and manage insurance company endorsements
- Manage notices of cancellations
- Check and invoice audits
- Check policies for correctness when issued
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Fire & casualty insurance license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of two year’s prior experience working in an insurance agency
- Energetic and willing to learn
