Flex Automotive — Japan’s legendary custom Toyota SUV and truck brand with 80 dealerships in Japan and our flagship U.S. store in San Diego — is expanding our team.
We specialize in Land Cruisers, Lexus GX/LX, Tacomas, 4Runners, Sequoias, Renoca retro builds, and JDM imports. Every model we sell is carefully sourced and built with Japanese-style precision and attention to detail. We’re looking for a driven Sales Associate who is passionate about cars, enthusiastic about customer service, and excited to grow with a fast-rising automotive brand.
- Greet and engage in-store / online customers with hospitality and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota / Lexus SUV or truck options
- Present and walk customers through our Renoca and custom build lineup
- Conduct test drives and support the full end-to-end buying experience
- Communicate via text, phone, and email.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and delivery paperwork
- Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers, enthusiasts, and referral clients
- Strong communication & people skills — friendly, confident, and trustworthy
- Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Interest in Toyota SUVs/trucks, overlanding, off-road, or JDM culture is a major plus
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Tech-comfortable (phone, messaging, CRM, Google Drive, social media)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Base salary aggressive commissions

- On-site training on JDM imports, custom builds, Renoca models, & U.S. sales process
