Founded in 1983, Spring Flowers Children's Boutique was a multi-brand shop serving New York City's upper East side. As of 2000, we design and manufacture our private label, Fleurisse, and have shifted the focus in our boutiques to focus on building our brand of clothing and shoes for babies up to 8 years old. We have a second location on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach as well as a strong online presence.
Our flagship boutique is located on Madison Avenue between 72-73rd St. The role is full time with one weekend day per week required. Part time can also be considered.
The position available focuses on assisting the inventory manager with daily tasks on the sales floor and stock room. This includes inventory management, refilling stock, unpacking shipments and overall upkeep of store organization. A kind attitude and positive energy are essential in our team-work based atmosphere. You must be highly organized and professional.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail environment - a minumum of 8 years required.
- Ability to manage daily store operations, such as inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and adherence to store policies.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation, and commitment to maintaining a polished, child-friendly boutique environment.
- Comfort working with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and communication.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and storage bins.
