Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely using hotel management software
- Handle guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel management software systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
