What You Will Do
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Generate sales opportunities by following up with internet leads, previous inquiries, and prospective customers.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments, encouraging customers to visit the dealership.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationships, sustain interest, and maximize appointment opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, appointments, and follow-up activities in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial customer contact to dealership visit.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a call center, business development, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive approach.
- Confidence making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and overcoming objections.
- A proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.
