The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA. In this position, the consultant collaborates with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then recommends design solutions, materials, and product options that align with Fletcher Home’s standards.
Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients in the showroom and in their homes, preparing design proposals, presenting layouts and product selections, and guiding clients through remodeling decisions.
