What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fletcher Elementary School Music Teacher position at Fletcher Elementary?
Fletcher Elementary School is searching for a part-time (2.5 days per week) music teacher. This position includes general music classes for K-6 students, band and chorus instruction, and instrument lessons, culminating in two public performances throughout the year. The music teacher is also a strong collaborator on the spring 5/6 play. The successful candidate will be a child-centered educator whose primary focus is promoting a love of music in elementary school age children, while integrating that learning with other relevant themes. Knowledge of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) approach preferred.
