Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting of structural steel or, truck, trailer, and equipment painting with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation and painting on various industrial equipment and structural steel
- Apply industrial coatings according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Mix and match paints and coatings to meet project requirements
- Follow all safety protocols and proper PPE procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting experience
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications
- Strong attention to detail & good communication skills
- Understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial equipment painting
- Experience with various coating systems
- Familiarity with SSPC standards
- Knowledge of proper ventilation and environmental controls
