Service Advisor

Fletch's of Petoskey is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Description:

• Ensure customer's receive quality service
• Drive the sale of technician's time to meet the department sales forecast
• Prioritize required services
• Keep customer's informed on completion times, service expenses, and any possible changes
• Greet and consult customers upon arrival
• Perform a thorough vehicle walk around and inspection
• Sell and upsell services
• Field all live service calls
Take ownership of the customer's experience

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service
• Computer proficiency
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• Communication skills and ability to resolve customer concerns and question
• Some Saturdays
Ability to lift up to 100lbs
