Job Description:
We are seeking an Electro-mechanical Maintenance Technician specializing in electrical with a strength in mechanical as well, to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of a desire to learn, electrical and mechanical aptitude, a strong desire to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and an interest in working on modern, relatively new, state-of-the-art rug manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Assist with machine repair, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Participate in fabrication and facility improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Some practical electrical experience or formal schooling related to electrical systems.
- Interest in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to quality and safety.
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
