Job Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with feed mill equipment
- Load and unload ingredients and finished feed
- General cleaning and maintenance of the facility
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be able to perform physically demanding labor with no lifting or weight restrictions
- Must be able to work in dusty environments; no dust allergies or respiratory sensitivities
- Ability to work long hours, including overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
- Previous agricultural or mill experience preferred, but not required
