Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing valuable client partnerships.
- Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
- Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5 years of diverse land surveying expertise, including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, and Topographic projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Licensing: A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Track Record: Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Driver’s License: A valid North Carolina driver’s license.
