Position Overview
FleishmanHillard seeks an experienced Paid PR Operations Manager to lead the operational infrastructure needed in the execution and optimization of integrated paid media campaigns. This role will maintain operational excellence and compliance standard for our firm’s Paid PR activities like sponsored content, paid social buys, programmatic media buys, etc.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, budgetary and financial acumen, and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and serve as a trusted partner to both internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of project management, account coordination, or operations experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or communications agencies
- Exceptional project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information professionally to clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience

The anticipated salary range for the Account Supervisor level $61,000-$94,000.
The anticipated salary range for the Managing Supervisor level $71,000-$125,000.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available
