Role Description
FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG M) Architecture is seeking a talented Architect / Project Manager to join our growing Tampa studio. We are looking for a design-minded leader who is passionate about architecture, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to guide projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do
As an Architect / Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping both projects and studio culture by:
- Leading project teams through all phases of design and documentation
- Coordinating consultants, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
- Ensuring construction documents reflect the integrity of the design vision
- Overseeing construction administration and client communication
- Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative studio environment
- Contributing to design discussions, technical problem-solving, and project strategy
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for thoughtful design and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Florida Registered Architect preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design quality
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow professionally within the firm
