Team Member’s Mission

To play a crucial role in promoting the highest quality customer service and supporting the overall function of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes the highest quality, most delightful experience for every guest
• Contributes to the team with a positive attitude and ownership mentality
• Helps maintain a clean and tidy store
• Operates retail cash register and accurately transacts items for checkout
• Assists in stocking, fronting and merchandising of product
• Serves as a first responder to customer complaints
• Promotes the highest level of cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the store
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in retail / as a cashier
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
• Able to function in a fast-paced work environment
• Honest & Dependable
