Tow Truck Driver *No CDL Required

Position: Light-Duty Wrecker Driver
Location: Bath, NY
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Light-Duty Wrecker Driver to join our team in Bath, NY. This role supports shop operations by towing trucks and trailers, assisting with customer vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs, and helping with general shop duties during downtime.

If you’re comfortable working independently, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Arrive on time, ready to work, and in proper work attire
• Tow trucks and trailers safely and professionally
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
• Drive customer vehicles for pick-up and drop-off
• Assist with shop tasks such as inventory or cleaning during downtime
• Work confidently in all weather conditions
• Handle challenging situations with a positive, professional attitude
• Collaborate with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Education & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with Tow Endorsement
• Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Prior towing experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical experience is a bonus

• 2 years of towing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Strong understanding of trucks and trailers
• Willingness to be on-call after hours
• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable driving a variety of customer vehicles
• Team player willing to assist where needed
