Summary
As a Service Area Manager at FleetPride, you will oversee operations across multiple service locations, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the heavy-duty aftermarket industry while fostering a motivated team dedicated to solving customer challenges.
Territory: 6 Service centers across Pennsylvania with one in New Castle, DE.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales growth by developing strategic plans and executing business development initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor location service managers to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-location service management within the heavy-duty truck repair industry.
- Hands-on HD truck & trailer repair experience
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on business development.
- Familiarity with profit and loss analysis and financial reporting is essential.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Ability to travel for work frequently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
