Mobile Diesel Technician | $7500 Hiring Incentive

We are offering a $7500 Signing Bonus for this position.

This position pays $30-40/hr. PLUS monthly bonuses!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with on-call rotation to participate in for double-time pay!

Mobile Service Diesel Technician: This is FleetPride's technician who will be able to work on most heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs outside of the shop. This person will be primarily doing dedicated customer lot repair work in a designated company vehicle and will get to take the truck home at night.

This is what we're looking for:

• 5 years of repair experience on semi-trucks & trailers preferred.
• Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress.
• Ability to provide your own tools and box.
• Valid DL with good driving record.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
• Skillful in preventative maintenance, air systems, electrical diagnosis and repairs, starting systems, brakes, wheel ends, coolant systems, some AC diagnostics and repairs, some steering and alignment issues, drivetrain diagnostics and repairs, removing and replacing differentials, after treatment systems, misc. trailer repairs and MORE.
