What You’ll Do
As a Trailer Technician, you’ll help keep our customers’ equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Diagnosing and repairing brakes and air systems
- Completing axle, suspension, and wheel-end repairs
- Welding and fabrication
- Performing trailer body and structural repairs
- Repairing and replacing doors and hardware
- Repairing roofs, walls, floors, and other trailer components
- Completing container repairs and modifications
- Performing reefer repairs (experience preferred, but not required)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous trailer repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- A commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with the team
- A dependable, positive attitude and interest in a long-term position
- Your own tools and toolbox
- A valid driver’s license
