What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Driver STEPDECK OTR Regional (Weekly Home Option) $1800+ per wk position at FleetMax LLC?

SCHEDULE: (bi-weekly home position)
- Home Every OTHER Week: Spend 11-12 days out, and 3 days home | Avg 2600 mi/wk.
- Possible to be home weekly, but earning average slightly drops.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 year of CDL-A license experience; flatbed preferred but NOT required.
- Be able to drive a 53' trailer (stepdeck or flatbed).
- Clean driving record (no major violations over last 3 years).
- RTD candidates or with CDL violations welcome to apply, case by case evaluation.
- Must learn/know how to use CHAINS, BINDERS & STEP-DECK RAMPS.
PAY BENEFITS:
- Per Mile Pay between 65-72 CPM, depending on experience & schedule.
- Extra 10 CPM for oversize loads (up to 120" wide)
- $50 Tarp Pay - less than 20% of our loads need tarp, but we can get you more if you want ;).
- Extra pay for multiple drops and self-load self-unload using ramps if needed.
- Detention & Layover pay.
- Paid for ALL miles (loaded & deadhead).
- Accurate address-to-address pay, allowing you to maximize earning for actual miles driven.
