Fleet XL is Wisconsin’s Authorized Hyundai Translead Dealer looking for a qualified Inside Sales specialist to represent our Sales and Leasing Division in La Crosse, WI, Menomonie, WI or Arcadia, WI. Hyundai Translead is North America’s largest manufacturer of commercial semi-trailers that has been dominating the industry year after year. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers in order to increase sales and revenue.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Fleet XL Inc's products and services
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Inbound new and used equipment to prep for sale
- Take photos and post online for
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven sales experience in the semi-trailer industry
