Fleet Solutions Truck Repair in Arnold is hiring an experienced technician to join our growing, family-owned shop.
We work on cars, pickups, gas and diesel, box trucks, medium-duty trucks and commercial fleets. If you like variety, know how to diagnose a problem and can work independently, you'll fit in here.

What we're looking for
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Brakes, suspension, electrical, drivability and general repair experience
- Comfortable working across multiple makes and vehicle types
- Able to work independently and keep up when priorities change
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable attendance
Commercial truck, fleet and diesel experience is preferred. Missouri State Inspection and DOT experience are a plus.
We're a small, busy shop. Most weeks are Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend or after-hours work available as needed.
