Role Description The Regional Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Phoenix AZ area. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new fleet service opportunities with commercial, municipal, and government customers within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting in-person and virtual client meetings, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and developing tailored proposals that address each customer’s fleet needs. The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to service delivery and to maintain strong post-sale relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, attending industry events, and providing feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in fleet services, automotive, transportation, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, territory planning, and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Comfort with delivering in-person and virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and follow-up with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities across a region.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Phoenix AZ region and surrounding territories as business needs require.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and a demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused practices.
