We are looking for college students going into their Junior or Senior year to be part of our 2026 Fleet Response Summer Internship Program! Our services include first party auto, third party property, and general liability claims management as well as subrogation services. Our goal is to manage all aspects of the claims process with a focus on controlling costs and cycle time. For more information, visit www.FleetResponse.comPlease Note: Fleet Response is located in Hudson, OH.Job Summary The role of Intern is expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. The intern will focus on learning how the organization and assigned department runs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes, but is not limited to, the following: Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriersPerform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as neededAssist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentationsTake notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage filesManage databases and input information, data, and recordsResearch and gather documentation related to assigned department tasksSet up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendarsAttend company functions and networking eventsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksResponsibilities may vary based on assigned functional area within the organization. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive creditMust be 18 years of age. Physical Demands and Working Conditions The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
