The Role: Shop Tractor Technician
In this role, you'll handle important shop repairs that keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. You'll:
- Perform inspections and repairs on trailers to ensure safe operation and dependable performance
- Use tools, technology, and software to track work orders and document repairs
- Work alongside experienced technicians while following compliance and safety guidelines
- Bring strong repair knowledge and a quality-first mindset to every job
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What We're Looking For
- CDL preferred (not required)
- 1 year of trailer maintenance experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
