Schedule: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
As a Night Shift Parts Assistant, you will:
- Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
- Process warranty parts and related documentation
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
- Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed
- Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
- Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule
- Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred
- Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition
- Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed
- Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
