Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Master-level Diesel Diagnostician Mechanic located in Pontiac, MI. This role will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. A key qualification for this role is the ability to accurately diagnose mechanical and technical issues in an efficient and systematic manner. Core responsibilities include, leading our team of Technicians by overseeing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and replacing defective parts. The role also involves collaborating with a team, maintaining accurate service records, and complying with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Diesel Mechanics and Heavy Equipment diagnosis & repair
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance practices
- Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
