Women’s Clothing Buyer, Merchandiser & Social Media Content Creator

Full-Time | Boutique, Apparel & Lifestyle Retail

Do you have a sharp eye for women’s fashion, a natural talent for styling, and the ability to turn product into compelling content? We’re looking for a creative, hands-on buyer and merchandiser who also loves being on camera—someone who can select the right product, make the store look exceptional, sell with confidence, and create engaging short-form videos that showcase women’s style.

This is a leadership role on our creative leadership team that blends traditional retail buying and merchandising with modern content creation. You’ll help shape what we sell, how we present it, and how we tell the story of women’s fashion across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

What You'll Do:

Buying & Product Selection

Select and purchase women’s apparel, accessories, and related lifestyle products that fit our aesthetic and customer preferences. You’ll travel to markets with a team, spot trends early and help keep the floor fresh and relevant.

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

Design and maintain compelling displays that tell a clear style story. Style fixtures, create seasonal looks, and ensure the store always feels inviting and on-brand.

Retail Sales

Engage customers on the floor, understand their needs, and guide them toward products they’ll love. Close sales while delivering a genuine, engaged experience.

Social Media Content Creation

Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that showcases women’s fashion and style. Film yourself and others styling outfits, highlighting new arrivals, sharing styling tips, and talking about product details in a natural, engaging way. Content should feel authentic, stylish, and conversion-oriented across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong fashion sense with a clear point of view on women’s style
• Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form video content
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to balance buying, floor work, and content creation
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere

We are proud to operate the largest local women’s clothing boutique in the city, offering a carefully curated mix of apparel, gifts, and lifestyle pieces that reflect our commitment to style, quality, and exceptional customer experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Creative Leadership team with this brand-new position. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for fashion, merchandising, and creating content that brings our brand to life.
