Overview
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Automotive General Assistant to support our team with a variety of transportation, administrative, and facility tasks. This role involves frequent driving to pick up parts, transport vehicles to auctions, detail shops, and body shops, as well as assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Drive different vehicles to pick up automotive parts, deliver vehicles to auctions, detail shops, and body shops.
- Transport cars to various locations as needed for inspections, repairs, or sales.
- Return items and manage mailing tasks at the post office to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with office work such as filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks around the facility.
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks related to vehicle maintenance and facility operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols during transportation and on-site activities.
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in automotive or transportation roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift or move items as needed and operate basic office equipment.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
