About The Role
Fleet Landing is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook[Full-Time] to support our baking and pastry program across multiple dining outlets, including fine dining, fast casual, grab-and-go, healthcare dining, and catering. This role works alongside or independently from the Pastry Chef to produce high-quality baked goods and pastries using scratch, box-scratch, and convenience methods.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About The Role
Fleet Landing is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook[Full-Time] to support our baking and pastry program across multiple dining outlets, including fine dining, fast casual, grab-and-go, healthcare dining, and catering. This role works alongside or independently from the Pastry Chef to produce high-quality baked goods and pastries using scratch, box-scratch, and convenience methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts to meet the needs of different dining concepts.
- Follow recipes and maintain high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain a hearth oven for artisanal breads and rolls.
- Apply strong baking fundamentals and techniques (proofing, decorating, plating, filling, etc.).
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory, storage, and daily cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with culinary and dining teams.
- 3–5 years of professional baking or pastry experience required.
- Vocational training in Baking & Pastry Arts preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a passion for quality.
