Fleet Fuels is looking for a self-starting Customer Service Representative who is willing to help the family-owned company operate smoothly.
Brief Job Description:
- Engage with walk-in customers, process orders and take payments as necessary.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals regarding fuel and lubricant orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Enter and process orders accurately using internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, order management).
- Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with customers about delivery updates, delays, or changes in service.
- Work with the sales team to provide support with quotes, product information, and order follow-up.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Fleet Fuels’ offerings and industry standards.
- Ensure all documentation, such as delivery tickets and billing details, are correctly recorded and filed.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts, invoicing, and reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
