The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing key digital marketing initiatives across SEO, content and e-commerce. This role plays a critical part in driving online growth by improving search visibility, enhancing on-site content and leveraging data to inform strategy. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.

Content & SEO
- Optimize website content including product descriptions and editorial content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and uncover new growth opportunities
- Develop compelling on-brand copy for product pages, landing pages and other digital touchpoints
- Monitor, analyze and report on SEO performance identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement
- Partner with design and cross-functional teams to produce engaging and visually aligned content
- Contribute ideas to enhance content strategy and improve the overall customer experience
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media and organic channels
- Partner with the Digital Merchandiser to optimize product and category pages including product sorting, on-site search and promotional placements
- Collaborate with CRM or email teams to align messaging and improve lifecycle marketing performance
- Assist in building and optimizing landing pages for campaigns and promotions
- Track and analyze website performance, user behavior and campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform decision-making
- Build and maintain regular reporting to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in digital marketing, SEO, content or e-commerce preferred
- Foundational understanding of SEO including keyword research, on-page optimization and basic performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content
- Proficiency in Google Workspace including Docs and Sheets
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn with an interest in staying current on digital marketing trends
