The Retail Experience Manager (RXM) brings our vision to life every day. They lead with passion and purpose. They empower the outfitting team to achieve daily excellence. The RXM partners with the marketing, buying, and operations teams, and works closely with regional managers to grow a loyal, thriving, and inclusive customer base. The RXM is responsible for ensuring the store’s standing as the top specialty running retailer in the area. RXMs are held to the highest of expectations.
RXM Job Duties
- Foster and maintain a top-tier store culture that consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
- Develop, coach, and motivate employees to ensure the best possible sales outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team using Fleet Feet’s exemplary training resources.
- Schedule employee shifts, manage the sales floor, maintain seamless store operations, and lead according to Fleet Feet’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Plan and conduct compelling employee training sessions, potent staff meetings, and fair and growth-minded employee performance reviews.
- Implement Fleet Feet’s business strategies to increase store traffic and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to plan in-store events and community outreach.
- Develop and operate a community-based Training Group Program to engage customers, enhance store presence, and broaden Fleet Feet’s community reach.
- Oversee point of sale and inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes, procedures, and transactions.

Qualifiers

- Proficient in dealing with budgets, reports, and inventory management.
- Must currently live in, or be willing to relocate Olympia, WA.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
