What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop interactive and engaging training programs that meet the needs of our store operations and Store Support Center.
- Utilize a variety of training software tools to create e-learning modules, video tutorials, and in-person workshop materials.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather key information, asking the right questions to understand business requirements and training objectives.
- Transform business processes and requirements into fun, interactive learning experiences that resonate with our Team Members.
- Ensure all training materials are aligned with company standards and support a consistent learning culture across the organization.

- Proficient in using training software and e-learning development tools.
- Skilled at translating business needs into creative and effective training content.
- An excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders to extract crucial information and turn it into actionable learning material.
