We’re looking for an Account Manager – EV Parts & Service (Denver, CO/Sacramento, CA) to join our team.
This isn’t just a sales position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and becoming a trusted resource for customers.
Fleet EForce supports electric transit and school bus fleets across the U.S. and Canada with aftermarket parts, battery solutions, diagnostics, field service, technical support, training, and preventative maintenance.
What you’ll do:
• Build and manage relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and fleet operators
• Manage and grow an assigned customer territory
• Help customers with their parts, service, and technical-support needs
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and customer opportunities
• Work closely with our Parts, Service, Supply Chain, and Technical teams
• Develop new customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow our partnerships
• Travel periodically for customer visits and conferences
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organized, responsive, and comfortable talking with customers. Experience in account management, sales, transportation, fleet maintenance, heavy-duty parts, or EVs is a plus.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that great account management is about more than making a sale—it’s about taking care of the customer after the sale.
