OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and reconciliation of accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with various operating systems, and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor incoming payments using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Dynamics 365Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of receivables and identify discrepanciesManage the revenue cycle including billing, collections, and follow-up on overdue accountsPrepare journal entries related to accounts receivable transactions in compliance with GAAP and SOX standardsConduct analysis of accounts to identify trends or issues affecting cash flowMaintain detailed records of transactions through data entry and bookkeeping practicesCommunicate effectively with clients or vendors regarding payment status via phone or written correspondence, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and negotiation skillsAssist in month-end closing processes by preparing reports on receivables and aging analysisQualificationsProven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Dynamics 365.
