What You’ll Do:
- Disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components
- Package and prepare turbochargers for shipment per customer specifications
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production and delivery goals
- Maintain safety standards, use PPE, and keep workspace clean and organized
- Crosstrain across functions as needed
- Represent the company professionally and perform additional duties as assigned
- Self motivated, problem solver with a positive, teamoriented attitude.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic math, English reading/writing, using computers & tech tools.
- Wear PPE as required.
- Physically capable of bending, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong handeye coordination and ability to perform fine motor tasks.
- Able to hear and respond to sounds in a noisy environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
