- Electrical assembly of a broad range of products including:
- Operation of automatic cut, strip, and crimp machines.
- Assembly of wiring harnesses using best practices.
- Hand assembling electronic components onto printed circuit boards and using soldering iron.
- Electromechanical devices and components, subassemblies, wiring, or assemblies as required.
- Populate, modify or replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.
- Complete visual inspections of both inprocess and finished products.
- Work with a team to meet daily production requirements and stringent delivery schedules.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical component drawings, diagrams, specifications, and work instructions
- Follow and Adhere to Safety Personal Protective Equipment, Safety Protocols, and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Assist or support with training as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Though not required, you might have experience with electrical production equipment such as cut, strip, and bonus points if you know how to use crimp machines
- Employees must wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by department or job function
- You’re cool sitting, standing or moving around for extended periods up to 8 hours a day.
- You can lift 50 lbs, you can sit, stand and maneuver for extended periods of time
- You’ve got exceptional handeye coordination and fine motor skills and able to perform fine finger and hand manipulation for up to 8 hours per day
