We are hiring!
Looking for a transactional associate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. We are collegial, collaborative, and we operate in a fast-paced hybrid environment with a wide array of practice areas, including business, banking and finance, secured transactions, M&A, and real estate. We are based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and we primarily serve the mid-Atlantic market.
Our ideal candidate has well developed drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to help build the practice, be present in the community, and to grow professionally. PA Bar is required, NJ, MD, DE a plus. Must be able to commute regularly & reliably to West Chester, PA.
