Job description:
FLEA and our sister stores, Clementine, Adore Boutique and The Exchange are hiring retail experienced sales associates for seasonal, year round, part-time, and full time positions for our Suttons Bay stores!
We are looking for people who love to interact with people and fashion and have several years of experience working in a boutique environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Styling and assisting clients with clothing and complete POS transactions
- Maintain the store's organization and cleanliness
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Assist with processing inventory
- Other daily duties may be included
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 years of related experience in retail or customer care.
- Authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Transportation: Must have the ability to travel to the store and/or have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Prepared to handle boxes weighing up to 40lbs.
Availability:
- Flexible schedule- weekend availability prefers, open to working evenings and holidays.
Starting pay at the Suttons Bay location is $19 / hour depending on experience.
