About the Role
FLC Energy is hiring a Crew Chief to lead field work on crawlspace, foundation, and home performance projects.
We’re looking for someone with strong construction experience, especially in foundation and structural work, who can lead a crew, solve problems on-site, and take pride in doing high-quality work.
You don’t need experience in home performance — we’ll train you on that.
You must be comfortable working under homes and handling structural repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a small crew on residential projects
- Perform and oversee foundation and crawlspace work, including:
- Setting footers
- Replacing girders and floor systems
- Framing and structural repairs under homes
- Complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate with the Field Supervisor on progress and issues
- Track daily work (labor, materials, photos)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Identify problems and help develop solutions in the field

- Strong construction background (foundation or structural experience required)
- Experience with framing, support systems, and working under structures
- Ability to lead a crew and keep work moving efficiently
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight environments
- Problem solver with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
